How do I get rid of the FLO message on my Sundance Optima (2002). I have changed the filters and restarted.?

I have added brand new filters and restarted and everything works – lights, jets, etc. Just no heat. FLO message flashing. is there another filter to change underneath? is there a sequence for restarting that must be followed? Any switch underneath I need to check?
